1) Navigate through the categories via the main menu.
2) Select the products you are interested in and click on the thumbnail to view the product details & price.
3) Enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click on the “Buy Now” button. You can then choose to continue shopping or select “My Bag” to check your items in the cart.
4) If your cart consists of only Christmas Hampers, you are able to select “Click & Collect” or “Home Delivery” as your fulfilment method. However, if your cart consists of any "Click & Collect Only" items (Turkey, Ham, log cakes & Pastries and Christmas balls), you are only able to select "Click & Collect" as the fulfilment method.
5) The date range you can select for Click & Collect is 15 December to 25 December 2017.
6) The date range you can select for delivery is 1 November to 22 December 2017.
7) Continue your check out by either registering an account or check out as a guest.
8) Continue to payment and enter your payment details.
9) Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your order.

In the event of supply difficulties, Robinsons Singapore reserves the right to substitute the goods or packing of equal quality and value. All items paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your order. If any items is out of stock, you will receive a refund and an email confirmation of your refund.
If your order consists of any " Click & Collect Only" items (Turkey & Ham, Cakes & Pastries and Christmas balls), you are only able to select "Click & Collect" as the fulfilment method. Only Christmas hampers are applicable for both “Click & Collect” or “Home Delivery” options.
The Christmas online sales starts from 26 October 2017 and ends on 17 December 2017.
Once your payment has been confirmed, you will be unable to cancel or amend your order. Hence it is important for you to check your order before proceeding with payment.
All products are ineligible for return and/or exchange.

To place an order, please complete the Order Form clearly in BLOCK letters and submit it via email to online-events@robinsons.com.sg or in person to any of our Robinsons stores to make payment. All orders submitted will be confirmed within 3 working days. The last day to make an order is 17 December 2017.

You have to follow the below steps for voucher collection at Christmas Customer Service Counter located at B1, Robinsons The Heeren.

- Bring along the customer receipt (e-copy or hard copy)
- Show your OCBC Robinsons Group Visa Card to our Customer Service officer for verification purpose.
The promotion is only available for OCBC Robinsons Group Visa Card members.

- Voucher is valid till Sunday, 31 December 2017 and there will be no extension of dates upon expiry.
- Voucher has to be used in payment with OCBC Robinsons Group Visa Card.
- Voucher cannot be exchange for cash, gift cards or any other vouchers.
